a. Your technical case will be allocated to one of our experts, but all of our experts will be in touch as they will be copied in the series of communications by email and if needed they would help the main expert responsible for the case
b. The free support of basic membership is for one failure case, per company only
c. The more precise input data is provided, better preliminary failure analysis, diagnostics and guidance can be provided
d. The medium of support is by emails only
e. The response time for this case is as per availability of the experts only and can vary between on day to one month
f. Depending on the criticality of the case and amount of the support required at the start, you will get preliminary hints from our group of experts. But you may be guided through to make Expert Membership to receive the full support needed about that critical failure case. Read the terms and conditions for the Expert membership.
g. Do not to expect a full report nor any sort commitments in the basic membership
h. The free case analyses are subject for publication in our publications. The service user confirms and approves hereby that the uploaded information and pictures can be used by the service provider for informative publications.
EXPERT ANALYSIS MEMBERSHIP
a. Your case will be allocated to one of our experts, but full team of our experts as well will be looking into it and will support the expert responsible for your case
b. After submission of the case within few days you will receive a confirmation email containing our expert questions about any missing point in the provided information or requests about additional information including the exact fee
c. Response time for the preliminary diagnostics is one week after submission of the case
d. Series of emails would be required to reach to the primary and secondary failure modes as per ISO 15243 during the first week after receiving the case
e. A detailed and comprehensive report will be submitted by one of our experts within 1 month after the data collection is completed from the stages c and d mentioned above
f. The subscription is limited to one failure case only
g. The medium of support for expert membership is by email, calls or Whatsapp (upon request)
h. Subscription fee will be quoted as per the case criticality which will be announced in stage b
i. Our payment condition for this subscription is 50 % advance payment on submitting the case, balance 50 % payment is required at the end of stages c & d before submitting the detailed report
j. In case of any travel required by one of our experts those costs should be reimbursed by the applicant
ON-SITE TRAINING REQUEST
1. Title of the course is Bearing Failure Analysis Training Course as per ISO 15243 standard
2. We customized our training to focus on bearing life cycle issues like storage, mounting and dismounting, lubrication, and contamination control. We will ask for some of the actual failure cases which has happened in your plant
3. We will submit your questionnaires to be submitted to your mechanical / electrical engineers and management to asses the knowledge of your team so our experts can perform training need analysis and customize the training as per your needs
4. Training Need Analysis will be conducted for a fee of 500 EUR
5. We will create a customized training Course for you for a duration of min. 2 days on-site at your factory or a public facility in your place. This customized training course fee will be announced as per the agreed scope of work which is the outcome of stage 4
